Returns and Exchanges

  • Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank, as processing time may delay your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary by location.

  • For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
